I would clean the noise on the sky a little more.

Oooh. Though the sepia tone is warm, this feels very wet and chilly. I think the limited sharpness works very well, adding to the sense of the buildings' unreality. One thing you might revisit if you want: it looks like there's an area to the left of the tallest peak of the church where the value of the sky changes unnaturally along a vertical line.
In any case, I quite enjoy the composition, subject, and mood here.

the yellow tint is a bit strong imo, i would desaturate it a little...
sky needs to be cleaned also

Whew 16 shots.
I notice the belltower in the back is less sharp but also an area in the front...with depth of field you would only got one area blurry not two so you might want to look at that. There is also some speckly bits. But as a whole it works well and it is not easy to use 16 shots
