Nice sharpness in the eye. Pretty goo composition as well. Whites are overexposed. Background is noisy and it does not work here to invoke any kind of feeling or mood. +8

Good composition and sharpness. The contrast is too high. Although under/over-exposure is hard to avoid and shouldnt necessarily be an issue in such shots, I think a softer light source could have result in a better exposure. The noise is not a problem at all here.
